Payment
Payment is accepted at time of booking for event tickets and Inner Circle memberships, and at the time of service for in-office appointments including medical consultations, health coaching, and Biomat sessions.

Refunds
What if I cannot attend an event that I purchased tickets to?
Full refunds are provided for event tickets up to 24 hours prior to the event. We are not able to refund tickets that are cancelled or not used the day of the event, but can provide an account credit to be used toward future events.
What if I cannot complete a medical or health coaching program once it is started? Can I get a refund?
Health coaching programs and medical programs are non-refundable once started and so we strongly recommend timing the start of all programs with the expectation that they will be completed without breaks. When unexpected life circumstances make it legitimately difficult to carry out your coaching or treatment protocols, we will work with you where possible to either pause your program and restart when circumstances allow – or adjust your treatment and appointment schedule to accommodate needed changes.
Are Inner Circle subscriptions and Monthly Medical support subscriptions refundable?
Inner Circle and Monthly Medical support subscriptions start on the day of payment and are nonrefundable once paid. Payments recur monthly on the same date unless canceled by you. Call our office at 319-471-4727 to cancel your subscription anytime. If your monthly payment is made on the 15th and you call to cancel after the 15th of the month, your subscription will remain active through the next month on the 14th and then no further charges will be made.
Office Appointment Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge a $150 cancellation fee for follow-up medical appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancellation fees will be applied toward the next office visit as a credit (provided that the appointment is rescheduled, attended and the remainder of the visit fee is paid in full at the time of the visit). Cancellation fees are waived in the event of severe weather preventing safe travel to the clinic.
